Andrew Back In Hospital/Performances Postponed

Andrew McMahon has had a non threatening reaction to his post-transplant treatment which requires a brief hospital stay. He is expected to be home by Sunday. Jack’s Mannequin’s performance at The Viper Room this week has been postponed to March 10th. All previously purchased tickets will be honored at that time. The CD USA performance will be rescheduled as well. We here at AP.net wish Andrew a quick and healthy recovery.

As reported by MammothPress.com: According to Fox News, The Killers are being sued for $16 million by their ex-manager Braden Merrick, who filed a suit late Tuesday in federal court in Las Vegas. Merrick says the band ditched him and breached their contract.
